What is it?
The TouchStone model is specifically designed for firms with 200 fee earners or less and provides a clear path to implement Aderant Sierra with a fixed price for standard services. There are also many optional services. Projects are implemented with a standard methodology and utilize the best practices and prebuilt structure which includes the expertise knowledge of AAC which helps firms implement Sierra with:
A fixed-fee pricing model to eliminate any surprises and allow you to accurately budget the spend .
An “out of the box” scope approach to manage resource risk and avoid implementation fatigue.
A clear structured plan to get you across the finish line.
Growth
AAC started the TouchStone program in 2020, signing our first client at the beginning of 2021.
In 2022, we had four firms go live on Sierra. In 2023 we made some additions to the team and enhanced and refined our process while taking seven clients live on Sierra.
We currently have eight go lives planned for 2024 and have already have five scheduled conversions for 2025.
Team
The TouchStone team has evolved over the past couple of years and we’re excited about our new team members we added over the past year.
Caroline – joined the AAC TouchStone team in January 2024 and is a Certified Public Accountant and along with her accounting expertise brings business development, strategy and project management knowledge to the TouchStone team.
Penny – joined AAC in January of 2023 and brings over 12 years of law firm experience and over 25 years of IT and training experience along with being a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Lincoln – joined the AAC TouchStone team in October of 2023 and is a Certified Associate Project Manager and Lean White Belt Certified. Lincoln brings experience with training and partnering with clients.
