Is your firm ready for 1099s?

GENU 2932 for Tax Year 2023 1099 Filing has been released. AAC is standing by to help you apply it. This year, the documentation includes a Quick Reference Guide. If your firm has never electronically filed before on Aderant, we can assist you with both the patch and the filing.

Mergers/Combinations

We completed nine mergers (involving sixteen different firms – a few merged with more than one firm) in 2023 and are looking forward to even more in 2024. Mergers are unique projects in that you don’t usually have the benefit of time yet still need to do many of the same tasks as a full-blown implementation. We shine on these projects – having completed over 50 such combinations in the past 20 years. And we are full service – project management, data conversion, template work, reports analysis, and training, all delivered in a compressed timeline. We even put on our accounting hats and work through reconciliations and tracking wind downs where needed. We’d love to help.
