We do it all, starting with driving the conversations for determining the host system. From there we:
Develop a project plan to combine systems in the most efficient and expedient manner possible
Work through and document key decisions, including numbering schemes, key metrics and data points such as departmental structure and rank set ups
Document interim procedures if necessary
Convert/combine data from a myriad of platforms – including Aderant Expert, Elite Enterprise, Elite 3E, SurePoint LMS and others
Compare GL postings (subledger to general ledger) and identify key differences
Change templates (bills, prebills, reminders)
Review/address new banking requirements, including check, ACH and positive pay needs
Train incoming front office and back office teams
Provide support at point of cutover
Let’s face it – most mergers closely resemble major components of a full implementation but you are dealing with an abbreviated (sometimes very abbreviated) timeline. We are well aware of this and can guide you through the entire process. We treat all merger discussions with the utmost degree of confidentiality from the start.
