Will is a results-driven consultant with over a decade of experience leading enterprise software initiatives in the legal technology space. His background spans training, professional services, product management, and customer support, giving him a unique ability to align technical solutions with real-world client needs. He’s passionate about building scalable systems, mentoring teams, and helping firms navigate complex change. 

Before joining AAC, Will held multiple leadership roles at a global legal software provider, where he helped launch SaaS-based platforms used by tens of thousands of users, led global product education programs, and worked directly with firms to streamline financial operations and process design. He has supported dozens of firms worldwide – both on-site and remotely – including many in the Global 100. 

Background:

Will holds a Master of Science in Economics from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, with a minor in Business, from the University of Florida.
