Under the development of Swen Nielsen and the AAC Team, we are proud to be offering the Cash Receipt Importer. As a company, we are always thinking about new offerings we can create to enhance the client experience around legal software. This Aderant compatible tool serves as a software enhancement! The Cash Receipt Importer provides the ability to create a cash receipt session with allocations to the client bills, client/matter credits, Trusts and/or GL accounts. Using a combination of client tools and SQL procedures, input files from various external sources are collected and mapped to facilitate the import of all required and optional data.

With the importer you can:

• Send email notifications of receipts to designated recipients.

• Map multiple data files for import.

• Schedule import jobs and have them run unattended.

• Use Framework security to restrict operations.

• Make corrections, if needed, using the Classic cash receipt entry forms.

• Apply under/over payments based on firm business rules.

• Support Expert Image links.

• Send emails with a list of receipts created.
