Mike started programming database conversions for the legal industry in 1998 and has expanded on that knowledge with custom browser inquiry design, Visual Basic customizations, and data warehousing. Prior to joining AAC, Mike served in various roles including conversion programmer, trainer, project manager, and manager of the conversions department for a large software vendor. During a short hiatus from the legal industry, he had the opportunity to work on several data warehousing implementation projects in the insurance industry, gaining additional experience and techniques in managing and operating a smooth data migration project.
