Her career includes roles as Chief Revenue Officer and Director of Pricing & Profitability at AmLaw-ranked firms, where she developed solutions by blending legal, business, and financial expertise to drive measurable results.

At AAC, Julie leads client success and service delivery, building strong partnerships and guiding firms through complex implementations and operational improvements. She is a recognized speaker on law firm economics, having contributed to industry panels including the Legal Value Network and the Legal Marketing Association.

Background:

Julie holds a J.D. (summa cum laude) from Cleveland State University College of Law and undergraduate degrees in History and English Literature (summa cum laude) from Bowling Green State University. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Ohio and holds a White Belt Certification in Legal Lean Sigma and Project Management.
