Professional Overview:
Craig Yarwood has over 20 years of experience leading complex software implementations. From 2016 to 2022 he led the Professional Services Organization at Aderant with over 70 consultants for Aderant Expert, Sierra, File Opening, Conflicts, WorkFlow, Time, Billing, and Case Management, across North America. During this time, he oversaw over 75 Firms migrate from legacy systems to Aderant Expert or Aderant Sierra. He directed dozens of migrations from Expert On Premise Solution to Aderant Sierra.
Prior to joining Aderant, Craig spent 10 years at CA Technologies (now part of Broadcom) working with Fortune 500 clients implementing Project and Portfolio Management software to manage internal and client facing projects. Prior to his time at CA Technologies, Craig spent 6 years in Accenture’s Consulting Practice for Telecom and Media and Entertainment.
Background /Certifications:
Craig has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2004 and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) since 2015. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western Washington University.
