Jean Marie has over 25 years’ experience in law firm system implementations and mergers. She is a seasoned project manager as well as an experienced data analyst skilled in analyzing legacy system data and ensuring it is transformed into the new system with the highest level of data integrity. She has worked on projects ranging from single unit / single currency environments to complex international multi-unit / multi-currency, multi tax environments.

Early in her career, Jean Marie was the Systems Administrator with an Am Law 200 firm, having previously worked with Barrister Information Systems as a financial systems implementation analyst. Working for Thomson Elite from 1999 until 2013, Jean Marie implemented the Enterprise and 3E accounting systems for numerous firms. During that time, she was a key member of Elite’s conversion team responsible for migrating data from a variety of legacy financial systems to both Elite Enterprise and Elite 3E.

As a consultant over the past decade, she has been directly involved with the selection and implementation process and has managed projects; provided configuration, system set up guidance and data conversion advise; created specifications for custom reports and integrations; developed user acceptance test plans; trained end users; and provided go live support for both Aderant and Elite 3E projects.
